Very great service, really appreciate the transparency with the repair process. Other places would give me half baked answers or say completely different things depending on who picked up the phone. I understand the process can change over time as a computer is fixed, but you can still tell when people are bullshitting you. This guy is legit, the price is way better than the other stores around and I feel like the repair time is way faster too. This is now my go-to place for anything PC related in terms of repairs or consultation.

My files got deleted due to a corrupted Windows system file but the guys at Cybervoxx managed to save my family photos and recover some other work files as well They also came out to me in Rockwall same day! Totally reasonable pricing and they told me upfront that if the recovery was unsuccessful they wouldn't charge me. Would recommend to anyone needing any kind of help with their technology.

Cybervoxx was great. I called on a Sunday when all other computer repair shops were closed. Within 3 hours I dropped my computer off even though they offered to pick it up and had the issue resolved. They even gave an analysis report once done. This is how a business should be ran.
